How ChargingNZ will work for your business: 

Step 1

Contact us (by text, whattsapp or email) to arrange a date and time for our visit (approx 30min meeting).

Step 2

At our in-person meeting, we will:

  • conduct a short safety assessment to evaluate if ChargingNZ can be used safely in your environment

  • provide you the full charging solution (Charging station + QR code Customer feedback + advertising display) for a FREE 7-DAY trial

  • work with you to find the best way to use ChargingNZ to benefit your day-to-day business, including testing whether to use ChargingNZ to generate income or offer the service for FREE to attract customers.

Step 3

After a successful 7 day trail we will agree with you the best rental package that suits your business needs and how we monitor and track your customers feedback.​

We will setup your ChargingNZ service and your QR code customer feedback service (if applicable to your business). You are now good to go, to attack new customers, enhance the experience of your existing customers and grow your business.

Ongoing support for your business

  •  The ChargingNZ team will swap out the ChargingNZ devices every fortnight (2weeks). This frequency allows us to thoroughly test our charging devices ensuring a very high level of safety to you and your customers

  • ​If you have chosen the QR code customer feedback service, you will receive weekly reports of the progress of your customers feedback. These reports are also available as roll-up reports into monthly, quarterly , half-yearly and yearly, allowing you to track your customers experience and feedback over an expected period to ensure your service offering is improving.
